MKA has its own Water Jet cutting facility. This gives the ability to cut parts that are often thought impossible or impractical to cut using conventional methods. Our machine has the ability to cut up to 100mm in thickness with a table size of 1800mm x 3000mm.
Materials We Can Cut
Materials that can be cut include Steels, Composites, Titanium, Acrylics, Foams, Rubbers, Aluminium, Alloys, Stones etc.
This is a cold cutting process, which means it does not leave heat-affected zones, which some Laser and Plasma cutters leave, and allows us to cut some plastics that laser cannot because of gasses given off.
