MKA manufactures and Reconditions many different types and profiles of cutters for the bakery industry across Australia. These include rotary roller type, dies, press plates and other punch-style profiles for slicing and forming of many products used in the pastry, biscuit, snack food, pasta and food industries. These we make to customer requirements, plus we recondition existing parts where required. This can include replacing damaged sections, repairing worn parts of shafts, recoating using non-stick coatings, replacing stripper sections, etc., as per customer needs.
