MKA manufactures many different Thermo Former parts and has basically made complete tools. The below pictures are examples of some of the many variations we have made. These include knives, plugs, sealing plates, tray forming, quick-change inserts and other spares. MKA can also recondition sealing plates, touch up dints and re-PTFE non-stick coating. With over 90 engineering/toolroom machines, including CNC, there is not a lot we cannot make. And our prices and deliveries can be particularly good when compared to the OEM part.
